All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and processed securely via Payment Express. Payment Express is committed to data security and uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds
• If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and product amendments must take place before the products are shipped.
• If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within 24hrs of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning products if they were damaged or defective or were delivered in error.
• Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of the date that you notified us of your intention to return the products.
